We recently had a bedroom and living room done by curtain designs. Both large bay windows. We ordered made to measure interlined curtains and matching pelmets. We selected fabrics from their wide selection as we wanted something different and modern. They visited our home to measure and advise. Very impressed from start to finish, and highly professional. We are delighted with the outcome, could not recommend them enough. We have received so many compliments on our new curtains from friends and family they really have transformed our rooms. Pam made curtains for our box-bayed living room and bow bayed bedroom. They are beautiful. We didn't know what patterns or colours we wanted and she was so helpful guiding us through. We have ended up with two lovely subtle florals that fit the rooms perfectlv. Pam considered not onlv how the rooms were decorated but how the light played in each space. She fitted super-smooth tracks to curve around the reveals and then round onto the front face of the adjacent walls for a really neat finish and suggested a 6 inch heading tape which has made all the difference. From choosing the fabrics to having the curtains up took less than two weeks. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pam.
We have now used Pam of Curtains of Formby for the third time. Our repeat use is prompted by our previous superb experience with the quality of product and personal attention provided by Pam. This time was for curtains and pelmet in colours and fabric which Pam recommended and thoughtfully matched to our existing decor. We asked Curtains of Formby to make curtains for our lounge bay window. We are absolutely delighted with the curtains and pelmet and the excellent service we have received.
Had broken curtain rail over bay window with heaw curtains form ceiling to floor. Spoke to Pam on sat morning who said they would be there that afternoon. Thev arrived. removed the remains of the old rail and fitted a complete new one, they then re-hung our curtains and tested the drawing action. Very impressed with their work and will have no rservations to re conact for further curtain problems or new ones. If you have ANY problems or requirements, suggest vou contact Pam.
Pam was absolutely amazing. After moving home my wife rang around a few companies and was quoted 4-5 weeks for the work to be carried out. As we needed bespoke curtains for our children's rooms Pam came to the rescue and surpassed our expectations. She not only fulfilled her promise in terms of timescale but the quality of end product is brilliant. Our children love them! We are already inviting Pam back for more work. I have never had made to measure curtains before but from the first call with Pam she put me right at ease with the process. She visited me at home and brought with her literally a van full of fabric books! she gave me advise on what would work in the rooms I wanted the curtains based on the current decor. Two weeks later she returned to fit my Curtain Tracks and to hang my curtains. They are stunning! There was even some fabric left over so Pam made some scatter cushions for me which match perfectly.
